New Work Vision:  to lead local churches and/or to partner with local churches to establish at least one new work per year for the next ten years. 

We have ten counties in our association, and each county has room for at least one intentional new work or new church start in the form of a church plant, a language-group congregation (such as Hispanic congregation), or a special needs congregation.

Strategy:

Right now we are in the beginning stages.
